Whitney Shantell Graham, daughter of Desiree Graham Patterson and the late William Theodore Graham was born July 30, 1989 in Staten Island, NY.

At an early age Whitney turned her life over to God and became a member of the Northshore Church of Christ in Staten Island, NY where she remained a member until she departed this life to be with the Lord.

Whitney attended McKee High School in Staten Island, NY and was known as a happy and joyful person with a smile that lifted every soul around her.

Whitney loved to laugh and enjoy life!  She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and friend.

On Sunday, April 30, 2023, Whitney departed this life after a lengthy illness.  She was preceded in death by her husband Shamar Simmons.

Her precious memories will forever be cherished by her beautiful three children:  Kaniya Graham; Faith Graham, and Michael Ryner Jr (Staten Island NY); loving mother Desiree Graham Patterson (TAlabama?); devoted grandmother Mary Bedell Coleman (Staten Island NY); three brothers: William Graham (Wife? Where); Sharone Graham (); Reginal Graham (Staten Island NY) and one sister Dejanee Graham-Flowers (Dontrell, Brundidge, AL) as well as an abundance of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
