Wayne was a Muslim man, who was blessed to have experienced the trip to Mecca during his time in the service.

After Honorably discharging from the Army, Wayne of many talents embarked on many great careers, such as being a bus driver, city sanitation worker and a painter. He was an artist and spoke the Arabic language.

Wayne went through many hardships throughout his life but overcame them by giving love, grace and laughter, to whomever he came in contact with. He was a man who loved his family dearly, sharing life memories and experiences with the love of his life, Kim Hubbard, creating a combined family.  He was surrounded by his loving family (especially his niece "Sherry B.B", who didn't play about him) and friends in his final moments.
