Sharon A. Tilghman aka Shanna 60 passed away on December 22, 2021 on Wednesday at Richmond University Medical Center Sharon was born January 3 1961 in St. Vincent Hospital Staten Island, NY

She grew up on Staten Island in the Meiers Corners Section, Stapleton and West Brighton and finally settling in New Brighton. Sharon attended Curtis High School. She was an assistant manager for fast food restaurants. She married Sheldon Mitchell August 6 1989.

She enjoyed playing cards, bingo and lottery she also enjoyed going to the casinos. She loved babysitting neighbors’ children and her nieces and nephews as if they were her own.

Sharon leaves to cherish her memories her sister Alice Theresa Tilghman and her husband Sheldon Mitchell and a host of nieces and nephews and her God Children. Preceding her in death are her parents Marion Tilghman and Mary White Tilghman her sisters Tena and Bessie Tilghman and her brothers Mario, Charles, Arthur, Madison and Larry Tilghman.
