King Quincy transitioned on June 7, 2023, at the age of 48, in his home surrounded by his siblings Ronald & Constance; best friend Larry; and his Aunt Rita.
King Quincy was the son of Renee Bell and the late Ronald Spann Sr. King Quincy is survived by his two children, Quincy Lashon Bell Jr. and Aniyah Lashon Bell, his stepmother Lillie Spann, siblings Ronald Bell, Constance Bell, Marcus Spann, Troy Coleman, and Devan Bell. He is also survived by his siblings through marriage Maurice, Sabrina, George, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
King Quincy Lashon Bell was born on March 25, 1975. When Quincy was younger, he loved playing sports such as basketball and bowling. He later went on to join his high school basketball team at Susan E. Wagner, where he was known as one of the greatest lefties. King Quincy graduated from Susan E. Wagner high school in 1994. King Quincy worked at the Staten Island Ferry for several years and as a security agent for the city of New York.
King Quincy was a loving and devoted father to his two children. He was a great brother to all his siblings, and if you were lucky enough to know him or have him as a friend you were blessed. King Quincy was a very laid-back easy-going person. He had a big heart and a beautiful smile that could brighten up any room. King Quincy is loved and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
King Quincy is now in a better place and has been reunited with his father Ronald Spann Sr. in heaven.
