Born in West Brighton. He also lived in New Brighton before settling in Brooklyn. Martin attended McKcee High School. He worked for Hometown Buffet. Martin loved listening to music, cooking.
His greatest joys was being surrounded by family and watching his sports. Martin loved the Dallas Cowboys and the LA Lakers. Preceding Martin in death Are his mother and father, Helen and John Ballard. He leaves to cherish his loving memory one son Allen Booker. Two brothers, Robert Browning, Timothy Avery. One sister Chaunte Allen. 8 nieces 5 nephews. And a host of cousins and other family members and friends.
