Isiah Jakim Liv-on Clark was born at Albany Medical Center on Friday December 12th, 2003 at 12:15 am to the welcoming loving open arms of his parents Bobby (Mercer) and Denise (Mercer).

Isiah was raised in Columbia M.D. ISIAH attended Lake Elhorn Middle School excelling and furthering his education at Oakland Mills High school.

ISIAH had a deep passion and love for rap music. He loved and welcomed any opportunity to exercise and show off his rapping ability and skills. ISIAH was a very loyal honorable man who loved family functions where he would be able to give and receive love immensely.

ISIAH of Columbia M.D. transcended into celestial peace December 17, 2023. He leaves to cherish his precious life-long memories to Jacques Clark (Father), Denise Mercer (Mother), Bobby Mercer (Stepfather), Brothers Michael, Elijah, and Bobby. Sister Aniisa. He also leaves behind maternal grandparents (Dennis and Sandra Moody) paternal grandparents (Michelle and Jacques Clark) and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
