It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Garnet Barracks, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, veteran, jeweler, singing artist, and friend, who departed this life on July 15, 2025, at the age of 72. Garnet lived a life filled with purpose, service, and song. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
