Elizabeth “Ms. Liz” Frilando was Born in Hartford,
Connecticut on 9/17/1953. She graduated from
Weaver High School. She worked quiteafew jobs
throughout her life, the one she loved the most was
working at the Post Office in Manhattan sorting the
mail. She studied & got her CDL and used to park her
busalong Home Depot fence while on break. She was
also a cab driver late at night (we hated that but she
loved it). She loved walking up by the liquor store to play
her numbers or you could catch her on Targee Street
doing laundry or when the Chinese restaurant was there
getting her young chow fried rice. Mom was well known
as “Ms. Liz” for her kindnessand her smile.
Her Children JasmineFrilando, Kiara Quaye, Jordan
Banks, Keith Banks; Along with her Grandchildren
Deyshawn, Desiah, Deyjah, Deandre, and Jayce will
continue her legacy all whileaffording us the
