Born to Kenneth and Victoria Marrow, Edward Eugene came into this world on January 05, 1990 at Staten Island Hospital, S.I., NY. Better known to all as Eddie, he is the second youngest of seven siblings. Eddie attended both P.S.52 and I.S.2 in Staten Island, NY, then was relocated to Charlotte, NC where he attended East Mecklenburge High School, and graduated from Vance High School in 2008. A lover of sports he played both football and baseball where he received several awards. One of his biggest loves was his bike, he started out with his BMX then moved on to his Dirt Bike, and then finally graduated to his motorcycle. Eddie moved to Raleigh NC in the summer 2021 where he got a good job as a electrician and his own home. Eddie was a lot of things to many different people, but what he was, was a happy person who loved to joke all the time, from dumping you in a pool to licking your face and making you cringe. He was a protector, a confidant, a proud father, a devoted son, a little/big brother who was really big on family, and a lot of that he has. If you started out as friends and he considered you family then he treated you as one. Unfortunately Eddies life was unexpectedly cut short on September 26, 2021. Eddie was preceded in death by his mother Victoria Lay-Marrow, his grandmother Maude Sweat-Attoh, and a niece Nikiiya Marrow. Eddie leaves to cherish his memory his greatest achievement, his daughter, Alana-Michelle C. Marrow of Staten Island, NY; his father Kenneth Marrow of Staten Island, NY; three sisters Sherrel Lay of Tega Cay, SC, Kemiko Marrow of Manhattan, NY, and Kim Marrow of Stockbridge, GA; three brothers, Kendel Marrow of Staten Island, NY, Steven Marrow of Cherry Hill, NJ, and Kenneth Marrow II of Riverdale, GA; a special cousin (like a 2nd dad) Gene Vivican; 4 Aunts Valerie Watson, Mildred Marrow, Elizabeth Thorton, and Audrey Roberson; 7 Uncles Theodore Marrow Jr., Tony Lay, Robin Lay, Timmy Lay, Raymond Lay, Raleigh Lay Jr., and Robert Watson; 6 Nieces, 7 Nephews, 6 great nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. For live stream please click here
