Colleen James, age 49, passed away on May 13th 2024 in Staten Island NY surrounded by her

loving family.

Colleen was born on June 23rd 1974 in Linden, Guyana south America to parents Leroy and Claudette Caesar.

She graduated from New Dorp High School in Staten Island in 1997 and attended Drake Business school. Colleen later went on to work as a valuable employee for Berry Plastic and lnline Plastic for close to 10 years.

Colleen was a great family woman and a loving mother. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Most of all - known for her kindness, generosity and love of family

Colleen married Glenn James Sr. in 1998 and the couple had 3 children together. The couple later separated but continued to raise their children.

Colleen is survived by her loving parents Leroy and Claudette Caesar; her children - Casey, James, Glenn James Jr and Omari James. And by her siblings: Christopher Caesar, Claude Caesar, Cleyon Caesar, Carol Caesar, Sister In-Law Melanie Caesar along with a host of nephews and nieces- Chris Jr. Curtis, Corey, Sheldon, Makaylah, Nicholas, Christian and Camille. Her loving Uncles, Aunts and tons of cousins who deeply miss her. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Cleveland Caesar and Doris Caesar.

A funeral is scheduled for 9:00am - 11am on May 22nd 2024 at Stradford Homes for Funerals and Cremations 1241Castleton Avenue with a reception to follow at Venues on the Terrace 2032 Richmond Terrace SI NY 10302.

All are welcome to attend and celebrate Colleen's life. The family would like to thank everyone for all the love and support. Colleen will be deeply missed but forever in our hearts.
