Carmen Coto, age 65, died of natural death on June 27, 2023, in Staten Island. Carmen was born on November 16, 1957, in Turrialba Costa Rica to parents Piedades Garcia and Rafael Coto.

Carmen was a great family woman and loving mother. He married Douglas Castillo in 2001. Carmen was a social, active woman who was deeply involved in making friends and cooking food to them for the majority of her life. Her friends will always remember her as a strong and friendly person.
