It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Anthony Albert Lundy of Staten Island, NY on Saturday June 12, 2021 at the age of 65.
  Anthony will be lovingly remembered by his wife Barbara Young-Lundy of Staten Island, NY. He also will be dearly missed by his children Keisha Young of Elizabeth, NJ,  Tosha Richardson of Binghamton, NY,  Anthony Young of Staten Island, NY, Tameeka Young of Norwalk, CT, Shameeka Young-Perry of Stamford, CT, Monae Lundy of New Haven, CT, Tramelle Young- Stroman of Staten Island, NY.  Anthony also leaves to mourn his passing 18 grandchildren.. In addition, Anthony will be sorely missed by his Brother Joseph Lundy of Virginia Beach, Va,  sister Eucharist Tina Lundy-Auguste of Conyers GA., and sister Denita Leonard of Norfolk, Va . In addition, Anthony will be remembered by a host of extended family as well as countless friends.
  Anthony was predeceased by his parents Octave Albert Auguste and Margie Lundy-McDonald, brothers Cornelius Lundy and  Ronald Lundy, and grandson Qquan Richardson.
  Anthony was born on July 20, 1955 in Norfolk, Viginia. Anthony resided in Norfolk, Va in his earlier years and attended Norfolk public schools. After High School, Anthony relocated to New York. Anthony was employed as a community service officer for some time and also manager of Best Way Art N Things.  In later years, Anthony followed his hearts passion by becoming an entrepreneur. Anthony was the owner of A & B Grocery Inc. in Brooklyn, NY.  Some of Anthony's favorite leisurely activities were playing cards, watching sports, and watching Westerns. Often you would find Anthony in front of the television viewing a Bonanza marathon. Anthony also had quite a love for Cadillacs and traveling. Moreover, Anthony enjoyed partaking in family festivities. He especially loved spending time with each of his grandchildren. Anthony had a passionate love for his children and special love Barbara that he often displayed through extravagant gestures and genuine acts of kindness. In addition, Anthony was friendly and well known by many of his neighbors as well as a multitude of friends.. Many of Anthony's friends and neighbors fondly referred to him as Tee. Although Anthony in his earlier years accepted Christ, Anthony recently rededicated his life to Christ through  a prayer of salvation. Lastly, Anthony will be lovingly remembered by his family for his bright smile,warm heart, and generosity.
