Morris LaSalle was born to late Russell and Rosa Mae LaSalle on July 19th 1931 in Philadelphia, Pa then moved to Staten Island.

Morris LaSalle aka Pop Pop to most, met the love of his life Sadie LaSalle and married her during his time in the service and began their life together. Out of time this union came 3 children ; Christen Jones, Morris LaSalle Jr and Maureen Fields. Pop Pop was an affectionate, heartwarming husband father and grandfather Everyone called on Pop Pop for everything. He was definitely the go-to guy . His life was full. Morris LaSalle went to a Philadelphia, Pa School and went into the service.

Morris LaSalle was a truck driver and also worked at Willowbrook State ,he retired from ucp..

Morris LaSalle was full of life and laughter. It was always a pleasure to be in his presence. He cooked ,went fishing, and watched boxing. Pop-Pop loved his strawberry filling cakes. He was a loving caring person. He loved to go outside and drive  everywhere. He enjoyed playing rummy cards with his

daughter ,Maureen. He loved listening to Jazz and the Blues; his favorite music. Most of all he always have the door open for everyone..

On Sunday November 19.2017 at 2:35pm Pop Pop departed his life .He is proceeded in death by his mother Rosa Mae LaSalle, father Russell 2 sisters Mae Perry

and Millicent Scott

He leave's to cherish his children Christine Jones, Morris LaSalle Jr, Maureen fields and son in-law Quannah Brown also a host of 15 grandkids,39 great-grandkids,

19 great-great grandkids also nieces in nephews and family in friends
