James Mendoza also known as "SHORTY" born to Ida and Sergio Rosa in Manhattan but raised in Brooklyn, passed on 12/02/2018. James was the oldest Son. He worked for a limousine company. Surviving are his brothers and sisters Georgianna, Diana, Linda, Joseph, Katherine, and Dennis his children Stephanie, Jimmy, Antonio, Charles and Tiffany 8 Grandchildren. James loved being in Coney Island; that was his home. James loved his friends and his family dearly. He loved being at our family gatherings and was a protector for his family. He never let his family see him in his bad times. James always had a smile and was very caring with his family and friends.
